To qualify for this position, you should have 2-5 years of experience in the Manufacturing sector and hold a UG/PG Degree. The ideal candidate should be willing to specialize in Oracle Supply Chain Management and possess a strong understanding of Supply chain, Inventory, and Manufacturing processes. Having prior experience as an end-user in any ERP application would be an added advantage. It is essential to be a team player with an assertive and persuasive attitude, ready to tackle challenges and work effectively under pressure. The candidate should demonstrate a willingness to learn new concepts and have no travel constraints within India & abroad. Effective communication skills are a must for this role.
