Job Description

Production Officer/Associate

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Execution
: Plan and execute production batches in line with targeted commitments while complying with
cGMP and safety requirements
.
Compliance & Quality Control
: Ensure adherence to process instructions as per the
Batch Manufacturing Record
and maintain good housekeeping.
Documentation & Reporting
: Complete all documentation online, review batch records for adequacy, and report any deviations or incidents immediately.
Maintenance & Monitoring
: Monitor the manufacturing environment, ensure preventive maintenance and calibrations are performed, and conduct sanitization activities.
Inventory & Storage
: Ensure raw materials and intermediates are properly labeled, segregated, and stored under recommended conditions to maintain product quality.
Cross-functional Collaboration
: Support the QA team in investigations related to OOS, deviations, and CAPA, and work with other teams as required.

Skills & Qualifications

A
B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
,
M.Sc in Chemistry
, or a related qualification.
Experience in
API manufacturing
is essential.
Strong knowledge of
cGMP, Safety, Health & Environment (SHE)
standards.
The ability to follow process instructions and maintain accurate documentation.
Experience with
production planning, execution, and quality control
.
