Job Title: Senior Supply Chain & Planning Executive

Location: Harohalli, Bengaluru

Experience Required: 5+ Years (preferably in Manufacturing, Paper Division)

Job Summary

Seeking an analytical and experienced Senior Supply Chain & Planning professional to oversee, optimize, and strategize end-to-end supply chain operations within the paper manufacturing division. The ideal candidate will ensure timely resource allocation, process efficiency, and robust inventory and production planning to achieve business and customer fulfillment goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies and policies for the paper division.
• Lead production and inventory planning to meet sales forecasts while minimizing costs and waste.
• Procurement, Vendor, and Inventory Management:
• Oversee procurement functions, vendor negotiations, and vendor compliance.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize inventory levels, material movements, and order fulfillment processes.
• Logistics & Operations:
• Coordinate with production, logistics, warehouse, and sales teams for seamless operational flow.
• Ensure all logistics activities align with demand and supply requirements.
• Compliance & Continuous Improvement:
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain functions to enhance efficiency and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Reporting & Analytics:
• Generate, maintain, and analyze supply chain KPIs, reports, and forecasting data for management reviews.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of supply chain management experience in the manufacturing industry (paper division preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency with relevant ERP/Supply Chain Management software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Solid track record in process optimization, vendor management, and strategic planning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
