Production Planning & Control Engineer

Greetings from Gujarat Infrapipes!! We have required PRODUCTION PLANNING - PPC (EQUIPMENT) division. Here below job details as; Job Descriptions: Department - PPC Production Planning (Equipment division) Designation - Engineer /Sr. Engineer Education - DME/ Btech / BE Mechanical or similar Total Experience - Min 5 years Industry /Mfg. type - piping spool & Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers and other process equipment’s Perks & Benefits - BUS Transportation facility + Personal Medical insurance (note: transportation facilities provide from Vadodara to plant location only)* Key Skills area: For the PPC Planning we need minimum 5 Yrs with mechanical industrial background experience in Heavy fabrication and equipment division profile who know Pre-Production meeting, scope of work, Fixing the manpower /Contractor, Planning, organizing, monitoring, and controlling all shop activities. Should be well versed in ASME & other related manufacturing codes/standards Core Responsibilities area: Responsible for all Pre & Post Fabrication activities. Coordinating the inspection activities Such as Material identification, fit-up, Weld visual & NDT inspection (As per LEVEL II) like DPT, RT, UT with clients & agency. He should have good knowledge of Nondestructive (Ultrasonic testing, radiography examination, magnetic particle testing, die penetration testing, etc) & destructive examinations. Preparation of QAP in line with code/client specification Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders and efficient utilization of resources. Work closely with quality control teams to ensure that products meet the required quality standards and implement corrective actions if needed. Provide regular reports to the marketing department every days /weekly on the status of ongoing and pending jobs. · Conduct weekly material review meetings with the purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of materials. Coordinate with the client on job status, providing progress and production reports for ongoing work. Expertise: Experience in AutoCAD / SAP/ ERP systems and production planning software is added advantage. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
