Job Title: Production Planning and Operations Coordinator
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)
Location: Annasalai
Reports To: General manager

Job Purpose:
To assist in production planning, delivery/route scheduling, and day-to-day coordination between manufacturing and operations teams in order to ensure smooth plant operations and on-time deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing daily and weekly production plans based on customer orders and demand.
• Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure planned output is achieved.
• Support in route planning / beat planning for delivery of finished goods.
• Track dispatch schedules and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Coordinate with warehouse, QC, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory of raw materials and finished goods and alert the team for replenishment.
• Maintain records of production, dispatch plans and prepare basic reports.
• Escalate operational issues and follow up for on-time resolution.
• Assist in continuous process improvement activities to avoid delays and reduce wastage.

Required Skills:

• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing / production processes.
• Ability to plan and prioritize work.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Willingness to work closely with plant and operations teams on the ground.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,273.67 - ₹25,236.61 per month
