About the Role
The PPIC Head is responsible for leading the Production Planning and Inventory Control function to ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective operations. You need to act as a strategic partner to manufacturing, procurement, and sales teams to optimize resources and achieve operational excellence.

Job Description

• Develop and implement production planning strategies aligned with company goals.
• Ensure synchronization between sales forecasts, production capacity, and inventory levels.
• Create and monitor master production schedules.
• Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Establish policies for inventory accuracy and stock optimization.
• Monitor raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to minimize shortages or excess.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Work closely with sales, procurement, and logistics to balance supply and demand.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Required skills

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
