Production Planning and Control Executive

POSITION SUMMARY
?Responsible for efficient production scheduling, material coordination, and timely dispatch planning. Focus on streamlining processes to meet delivery targets and maintain system integrity across manufacturing operations.?KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?Planning & Scheduling: Manage daily sales order checks, create and maintain the Production Schedule, and ensure adherence to the Project Schedule and Dispatch Plan.?Material Control: Proactively monitor and confirm Material Availability with relevant departments.?Coordination: Conduct necessary Follow-up from related departments and teams (e.g., Production, Procurement, Quality) to ensure smooth workflow.?Reporting: Prepare accurate Daily MIS and Monthly MIS reports on performance and status.?REQUIRED SKILLS?Expertise in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems.?Strong Analytics Thinking and a Problem Solving Attitude.?Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies like Kaizen, and 5S?Experience using fundamental Problem Solving Tools.Educational Requirements?Any Bachelor's Degree is accepted.
