When receive the email for cancelation request from sales / customer. Use Order Inquiry screen (ORIC) to find flow line location.
Secure the original order.⭐ Scan order for correction or send notification to consolidation center to scan.⭐ Change Ship ModeAcknowledge with a confirmation email to requestor after making necessary changes.⭐ Request for Delivery DateProduction schedule in process: check route completion.⭐ Production Coordinating⭐ Review center holding areasCheck with assembly shift coordinator for labor requirements.Check for special orders pending.⭐ What schedule should run next?In what order are the schedules going to be produced?How are schedules prioritized?⭐ Review 1st operation machine load.The Flowline Customer Order Backlog Report is reviewed daily for expediting shortages through manufacturing.⭐ Review labor capacity⭐ Customer order follow (Pick List)Orders with no shortages (indicated with X) give to assembly for shipment.Assembly contacts office for approval to ship a partial.⭐ Customer order with additional itemOrders with additional items from other centers are communicated to the appropriate center⭐ Late orders, large orders and future orders⭐ TSC TasksHandle Request for Quote (RFQ)Handle Engineering Communication Outline (ECO)Creating/Modifying an ECO⭐ Office Team TasksProduct of Compliance/PerformanceCustomer Returns handlingHandling outsourced processesSkills: team support coordinator,spray nozzles,production planning,spray
