Production (Part Manager/ Line Leader)

Role & responsibilities

1. SMT Line Management:

• Operate and monitor

  SMT machines

  used for mounting LED components.
• Set up feeders, program machines, and optimize cycle times for

  efficient surface mounting

  .
• Conduct

  first article inspection (FAI)

  and ensure solder paste printing, component placement, and reflow profiles are within tolerance.
• Troubleshoot common issues.
  

2. ICT (In-Circuit Test) Oversight:

• Supervise the

  testing of PCBs

  using ICT jigs and equipment.
• Ensure correct detection of short circuits, open circuits, component failures, or wrong placement.
  
• Verify test logs and maintain proper documentation for

  quality records and traceability

  .
• Coordinate with maintenance or engineering teams.

3. FCT (Functional Circuit Testing):

• Manage

  FCT stations

  to validate the working condition of assembled LED driver boards or PCBs.
• Check for

  voltage output, power factor, thermal performance, dimming response

  , and other electrical characteristics.
• Collaborate with QA for defining

  pass/fail criteria

  and resolve

  test rejections

  .

4. WAVE Soldering & Through-Hole Assembly:

• Oversee

  wave soldering

  processes for through-hole components and connectors.
• Monitor

  fluxing, pre-heating, solder wave parameters

  , and post-solder cleaning procedures.
• Ensure consistent

  solder quality and minimal bridging or solder balls

  .
• Maintain machine settings and cleaning schedules.
  

5. Line Supervision & Production Execution:

• Plan and execute

  daily production schedules

  based on work orders and shift plans.
• Allocate manpower effectively across multiple stages and ensure

  output targets and quality levels

  are achieved.
• Track line performance metrics:

  cycle time, downtime, and rejection rate

  .
• Coordinate with

  maintenance, planning, and QA

  teams to ensure smooth line operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Automobile industry (preferred) or manufactured company.
• Over 3 years experience.
• Korean speaking is additional advantage.
