Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 14-18 years of experience to oversee the manufacturing grinding machines lines, improve quality, and handle customer complaints in Vadodara, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in production management.

Roles and Responsibility

Monitor and supervise the operation of manufacturing grinding machines.
Implement efficiency and effectiveness improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
Handle customer complaints related to plant operations and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure optimal material availability for the plant and maintain high-quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E/B.Tech).
Minimum 14 years of experience in production management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Age less than 45 years.
Experience: 10 - 20 Years.
