Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to ensure high-quality output and efficient production processes. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate manufacturing machinery according to specifications and safety guidelines. Monitor machine operation and adjust settings to maintain product quality and efficiency. Perform regular inspections and basic maintenance of equipment. Read blueprints, technical documents, or work orders to determine machine requirements. Record production data accurately on logs or digital systems. Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (technical diploma preferred). Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Comfortable with repetitive tasks and working in a fast-paced setting. Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to [X lbs], and work in a noisy environment.
