Production Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled Machine Operator and Production Quality Supervisor to join our production team at our fasteners factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the manufacturing of various fasteners. The role involves ensuring the efficient operation of equipment, conducting quality checks, and contributing to a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery used in the production of fasteners.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functionality.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to maintain high standards.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor repairs as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting, preferably in the fasteners industry.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining manufacturing machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
