Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, or measurement product assembly operations on product components, assemblies, or sub-assemblies. Your duties will include assembling and processing products, parts, and assemblies using hand tools, customized tooling, and/or semi-automated equipment. Additionally, you will be expected to follow written process/assembly documentation, inspect and test parts, assemblies, and products using precision measuring and testing equipment, and adjust processes based on measured results. Adherence to safety requirements, maintaining a clean work area, and assisting in maintaining efficient material flow through the work area will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Assemble/process products, parts, and assemblies using hand tools, customized tooling, and/or semi-automated equipment. - Follow written process/assembly documentation. - Inspect and test parts, assemblies, and products using precision measuring and testing equipment. - Adjust processes within defined ranges based on measured results. - Adhere to all safety requirements. - Maintain a clean work area. - Assist in maintaining efficient material flow through the work area. - Actively participate on work area teams. - Gain a basic understanding of material logistics. - Perform a sequence of operations like wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable harnessing, welding, and fitting on assembly units. - Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the clean room and equipment, as well as monitoring and documenting the environmental conditions. - Follow clean room working procedures and ensure the quality of products. - Participate in appropriate training to gain a basic understanding of several business systems/concepts such as Demand Flow, Statistical Process Control, Process Documentation, Empowerment, Six Sigma methods, Quality, and/or Cost Improvement. Qualification Required: - Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical. - BSc in Electronics/Instrumentation. - 1+ years of industrial hands-on experience in manufacturing units.,
