Production- Operations Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Lead – Production & Quality to manage and oversee the end-to-end production processes for our UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) projects. This role involves ensuring compliance with quality standards, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement across production operations. Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Production Management: Plan, supervise, and monitor production activities to meet output and efficiency targets. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Quality Management: Implement and maintain quality control systems and procedures in compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and conduct root cause analyses for quality issues. Supplier Management: Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely availability of components and materials. Evaluate supplier performance and enforce quality benchmarks. Maintain accurate production and quality documentation, generate regular reports for internal stakeholders, and ensure traceability and compliance. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or a related field. 5–10 years of experience in production and quality management, preferably in UAV, or high-tech manufacturing. Strong understanding of quality systems and standards (ISO 9001, AS9100). Hands-on experience with Lean , Six Sigma , or other continuous improvement methodologies. Familiarity with industry-specific regulatory requirements and certification processes. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Proven leadership and project management abilities.
