🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the

  entire production process

  – from planning to execution.
• Schedule, optimize, and manage

  assembly line operations

  to ensure productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Set up and maintain

  production hardware/software infrastructure

  .
• Manage raw material planning, vendor feedback, and standardization.
• Ensure strict

  compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

  .
• Drive

  cost-saving measures

  and monitor production KPIs.
• Troubleshoot production issues through proactive EWS development.
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel.
• Ensure top-tier standards in

  Testing & Quality Control

  .

👤 Desired Profile:

• Proven hands-on experience in

  manufacturing power electronics

  : Lithium-Ion battery packs, BMS, Chargers, UPS, Inverters, SMPS, etc.
• Strong technical knowledge of

  communication protocols

  like CAN, MODBUS, USB, GPRS, GSM, WIFI, BLE, NFC.
• Familiarity with

  EMI/EMC, Safety standards (IEC/EN/UL)

  , and

  reliability testing methods

  .
• Excellent understanding of

  Lithium-Ion cell technology

  and industry best practices.

🎓 Education & Experience:

• B.Tech/B.E or M.Tech/M.E in

  ECE / EEE / E&I

• Minimum 10 years

  of core production experience in Electronics / Li-Ion Battery / EV / Solar / Power Electronics industries
