About the Role:

Farbe Firma Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Production Manager to oversee sterile injectable manufacturing operations at our Ankleshwar facility. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience in liquid ampoules, liquid vials, and lyophilized vial production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the production floor for sterile injectable products.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met.
• Coordinate across departments including Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
• Lead and manage a team of production staff across all shifts.
• Maintain GMP compliance and support audits and inspections.
• Implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce downtime.
• Prepare and maintain production documentation and reports.

Required Experience:

• Up to 15 years of experience in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong background in handling liquid ampoules, liquid vials, and lyophilized injections is mandatory.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.

Educational Qualification:

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc or equivalent in a relevant field.

Working Hours (Shift-Based Role):

• General Shift – 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
• First Shift – 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM
• Second Shift – 03:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Third Shift – 11:00 PM to 08:00 AM

(Candidate should be open to work in rotational shifts if required.)

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
