Production Manager

As a Production Manager at Stag International, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing production plans to meet goals and deadlines. Your responsibilities will include leading and motivating the production team to achieve optimal performance, identifying and resolving any issues that may impact production efficiency, and managing inventory levels to ensure sufficient supply for production needs. You will need to adapt to changing circumstances and implement adjustments as necessary, while also communicating effectively with team members and other stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards in the production process will be a key aspect of your role.
