Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manpower Management:

  Effective deployment, training, and supervision of the shop floor workforce to ensure productivity and discipline.

• OEE Analysis:

  Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to maximize equipment utilization and production efficiency.

• Yield / RM Reconciliation:

  Track material consumption vs. output, ensure minimum wastage, and maintain accurate reconciliation reports.

• Rejection Analysis:

  Analyze rejections/defects, implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce scrap and improve product quality.

• Soft Trim Parts Knowledge:

  Apply technical expertise in soft trim parts manufacturing and compression moulding processes.

• Inventory Management:

  Maintain optimum stock levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods; coordinate with supply chain for smooth material flow.

• Production Planning & Control:

  Ensure adherence to production schedules and timely delivery of customer requirements.

• Continuous Improvement:

  Drive lean manufacturing practices, cost optimization, and process improvement initiatives.

• Compliance:

  Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality systems (IATF/ISO/TS), and company policies.
