Production Manager

You will be responsible for owning the entire hybrid mattress production process at MM Foam. You will collaborate with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence and conduct quality assessments to guarantee customer satisfaction. - Manage and evaluate the entire hybrid production process. - Contribute to production planning, team management, and material handling. - Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure customer satisfaction. - Ensure a safe production environment. - Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders. Qualifications: - Diploma or B.Tech in Polymer/Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. - Minimum of 2 years of production experience in Hybrid & Spring Mattresses/Latex Foam Rubber/Rubber Industry. - Strong organizational and managerial skills.
