HONICEL INDIA PVT LTD MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER - PRODUCTION Roles & Responsibilities - Production Planning & Scheduling: Support production schedules, adjust for delays, and ensure alignment with resources. Also, oversee daily production activities. Resource Allocation & Management: Coordinate materials, machinery, and labour to ensure smooth production and timely delivery. Production Monitoring: Track production goals, analyse performance data, and report progress to the manager. Customer Order Coordination: Ensure orders meet specifications, and coordinate delivery with other departments. Equipment & Maintenance Support: Monitor equipment, assist with maintenance schedules, and report malfunctions. Qualification :- BE Mechanical with minimum 10-12 years of hands on experience of handlining manufacturing unit, automobile is a must. The shop floor management, production targets and resources planning experience must be up to date & to the pick OR The Person : We may prefer a retired person also, subject to his physical & mental health fitness to handle the entire production and allied activities. The person must have desired experience of handling production and shop floor activities.
