Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Production Program Manager to oversee production planning, program execution, and operational efficiency. The role involves end-to-end management of production schedules, cross-functional coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage production schedules and capacity planning.
• Monitor Work in Progress (WIP) and ensure timely completion of production batches.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, R&D, and Sales teams for smooth operations.
• Track production performance metrics and implement process improvements.
• Ensure production programs meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.

• Experience in cold chain or thermal solutions preferred
