Hiring: Production Manager – Biscuit Industry
Industry: FMCG – Biscuit Manufacturing
Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan
Experience: Approx. 12 years in production management (preferably in biscuit or related food industry)
Joining: Immediate / As soon as possible
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manageday-to-day biscuit production operations
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and productivity goals
Plan and schedule production activities to meet delivery timelines
Optimize manufacturing processes and reduce downtime
Coordinate with QA, maintenance, and supply chain teams
Maintain production records and reporting systems
Lead, train, and manage production staff and supervisors
Implement cost-saving initiatives and improve plant efficiency
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 12 years of experience in food or biscuit manufacturing
Strong leadership, team management & process improvement skills
Sound knowledge of machinery used in biscuit production
Hands-on experience in handling production KPIs, compliance & audits
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
