### *Job Title: Production Manager – Garments Industry* *Location:* B Block, Sector 63, Noida *Industry:* Garments / Apparel Manufacturing *Experience Required:* Minimum 5 Years *Gender Preference:* Female *Salary:* ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 CTC per month --- ### *Job Summary:* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced *Production Manager* to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment manufacturing and production processes. She will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring quality standards, and meeting delivery timelines efficiently. --- ### *Key Responsibilities:* * Oversee the entire production process from sampling to final dispatch. * Ensure timely execution of production orders as per plan. * Supervise the production team, allocate work, and manage manpower effectively. * Monitor quality standards and implement quality control procedures. * Coordinate with design, merchandising, and procurement departments. * Maintain production reports and ensure compliance with company standards. * Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions promptly. * Ensure safety, hygiene, and discipline on the production floor. --- ### *Requirements:* * Minimum 5 years of experience in production management in the garments/apparel industry. * Strong knowledge of garment construction, production planning, and quality standards. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Proficient in MS Office and production management software/tools. * Female candidates preferred for this role Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Product management: 3 years (Required) Garment Export: 3 years (Required) Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Required) Work Location: In person
