Production Manager

As a Production Manager in our company, you will be leading the manufacturing of solid wood furniture, including chairs, dining tables, center tables, and related products. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Managing daily production operations of solid wood furniture. - Operating and overseeing the use of Straight Line Ripsaws, CNC Machines, Panel Saws, Beam saw, and other woodworking equipment. - Ensuring quality control across all stages of production - cutting, assembly, finishing, and packing. - Planning and monitoring production schedules to meet deadlines. - Maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. - Coordinating with design, purchase, and quality teams for smooth execution. - Identifying, arranging, and onboarding skilled manpower when required to meet production targets or specific project needs. To be successful in this role, you should have: - Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in solid wood furniture manufacturing. - Strong knowledge of woodworking processes and materials. - Ability to lead shop floor operations and manage production teams. - Practical expertise with modern woodworking machinery. - Good organizational and problem-solving skills. Preferred qualifications include: - Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a furniture manufacturing unit. - Familiarity with optimizing workflows and improving production efficiency.
