WE ARE HIRING – PLANT MANAGER (AAC BLOCKS)

We are expanding rapidly and seeking a high-performance Plant Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations at our state-of-the-art AAC Block plant.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the entire plant operations — Production, Quality, Maintenance & Manpower
• Prepare daily & monthly production plans and ensure achievement of target output
• Manage batching, slurry preparation, mould setup, green cake handling & cutting process
• Optimize autoclave cycle, steam/boiler operations & curing efficiency
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate breakdown & preventive maintenance
• Drive process improvements to reduce wastage & enhance productivity
• Ensure quality parameters as per IS 2185 / compressive strength & density standards
• Plan shift schedules & allocate manpower effectively across departments
• Maintain inventory (raw materials, chemicals, finished goods)
• Coordinate effectively with sales, dispatch & ERP reporting
• Maintain plant health, safety norms & statutory compliances

• CANDIDATE PROFILE
• 5–10 years experience in AAC Blocks manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of Autoclave systems, Cutting machines, Boiler, mechanical & electrical workflows
• Leadership ability to drive teams & build accountability
• Strong decision-making, planning & problem-solving skills
• Ready to work in a performance-driven environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
