WE ARE HIRING – PLANT MANAGER (AAC BLOCKS) Join YESBRICKS – The Next-Generation AAC Block Brand. We are expanding rapidly and seeking a high-performance Plant Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations at our state-of-the-art AAC Block plant. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the entire plant operations — Production, Quality, Maintenance & Manpower Prepare daily & monthly production plans and ensure achievement of target output Manage batching, slurry preparation, mould setup, green cake handling & cutting process Optimize autoclave cycle , steam/boiler operations & curing efficiency Monitor equipment performance and coordinate breakdown & preventive maintenance Drive process improvements to reduce wastage & enhance productivity Ensure quality parameters as per IS 2185 / compressive strength & density standards Plan shift schedules & allocate manpower effectively across departments Maintain inventory (raw materials, chemicals, finished goods) Coordinate effectively with sales, dispatch & ERP reporting Maintain plant health, safety norms & statutory compliances CANDIDATE PROFILE 5–10 years experience in AAC Blocks manufacturing Strong knowledge of Autoclave systems, Cutting machines, Boiler , mechanical & electrical workflows Leadership ability to drive teams & build accountability Strong decision-making, planning & problem-solving skills Ready to work in a performance-driven environment WHAT WE OFFER Best-in-industry salary Accommodation & food (if required) Fast growth opportunities Chance to build a high-performance AAC brand Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Work Location: In person
