Production Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire production floor.
• Supervise a team of carpenters, polishers, upholsterers, and other skilled workers.
• Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet delivery targets.
• Monitor quality standards and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with the design and procurement teams for timely material availability.
• Ensure on-time delivery and resolve on-ground production challenges.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and efficiency within the production unit.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10–15 years of hands-on experience in the furniture industry (mandatory).
• Should have a reliable and skilled team of laborers (preferred).
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Deep understanding of furniture manufacturing processes and finishing techniques.
• Ability to deliver under tight timelines with high attention to quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
