Production Incharge

Shape Stationery is looking for a Production Incharge to join our team in Ratlam. As the Production Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities, ensuring quality control, scheduling production runs, and managing inventory levels. You will work closely with the production team and supervisors to meet production goals effectively. The ideal candidate should have experience in production management, quality control, and inventory management. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential for this role. Knowledge of production processes and machinery, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also required. Effective communication and team management skills are crucial for success in this role. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
