Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning and control, ensuring timely completion of production targets with optimal resource usage. You will be required to supervise and manage production staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance to maintain productivity levels. Additionally, you will need to identify areas for process optimization and implement practices to enhance efficiency such as lean manufacturing, 5S, or Kaizen. Quality assurance is a key aspect of this role, where you will ensure that products meet the company's quality standards and coordinate with the quality team to resolve defects. Inventory and material management are also part of the responsibilities, including coordinating with stores and procurement departments for raw material availability, monitoring consumption, and maintaining production records. This is a full-time position with the benefits of food provided, day shift schedule, and in-person work location.,
