Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Incharge located in Bharuch. The Production Incharge will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations in the production plant, ensuring the quality control of concrete, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining production schedules. The Production Incharge will also be responsible for ensuring safety standards are met and addressing any issues that arise during the production process. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, ensure compliance with production schedules, and coordinate with teams to maintain operational efficiency. They will manage production planning, monitor quality standards, and ensure the overall safety and productivity of the workforce while meeting performance goals. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and manage teams effectively. Experience with Production Planning and Production Schedules to ensure workflow efficiency. Proficiency in Production Management, ensuring operations are in line with goals. Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with staff and stakeholders. Knowledge of safety regulations and adherence to high-quality production standards. Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field is preferred.
