Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Incharge located in Bharuch. The Production Incharge will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations in the production plant, ensuring the quality control of concrete, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining production schedules. The Production Incharge will also be responsible for ensuring safety standards are met and addressing any issues that arise during the production process. Qualifications Experience in overseeing production operations and plant management Knowledge in quality control and safety standards Ability to coordinate and communicate with various departments Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, or related field Experience in the construction or ready-mix concrete industry is a plus Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in using production management software and tools
