The Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager Production will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations of magnetic core components, ensuring optimal output, quality, and cost-efficiency. You will be required to manage teams, coordinate with cross-functional departments, and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing practices, while adhering to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and supervise daily production activities for magnetic core manufacturing (e.g., toroidal, ferrite cores). Ensure production targets (volume, quality, and timelines) are met efficiently. Monitor machine utilization and optimize production workflows. Identify process bottlenecks and implement lean manufacturing and Kaizen practices. Assist in process development and standardization for winding, annealing, coating, and testing of magnetic cores. Fabrication & Assembly Oversight: Supervise all fabrication processes: cutting, welding, corner cleaning, hardware fixing, and glazing. Ensure strict adherence to technical specifications of systems Optimize layout and machinery usage for efficient workflow. 3. Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards at all stages of production. Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and inspection protocols. Conduct root-cause analysis for production defects and implement corrective measures. 4. Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of supervisors,fabricators, and technicians. Conduct skill assessments and training programs. Assign tasks and monitor workforce productivity. 5. Education & Experience: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Production / Civil Engineering or relevant field.
