Allocate manpower, machinery, and materials for efficient production.

Ensure adherence to production schedules and minimize delays.

Supervision of Manufacturing Activities

Monitor production lines and ensure smooth operations.

Supervise workers and machine operators on the shop floor.

Resolve issues in workflow, quality, or resource availability.

Quality Control

Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.

Coordinate with the QC team to implement in-process checks.

Identify and reduce rejection/rework by improving processes.

Material & Inventory Coordination

Coordinate with the stores/warehouse for material issuance.

Monitor raw material consumption and reduce wastage.

Ensure proper utilization of resources.

Equipment & Maintenance Oversight

Ensure machines are in working condition; report faults promptly.

Coordinate with maintenance for preventive and breakdown repairs.

Maintain logs of equipment usage and downtime.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain production records, shift reports, and efficiency reports.

Track production KPIs like output per shift, downtime, and rejection rates.
