1. Knowledge of basic production activities, Ensure plan Vs. Actual are met, Handling all the shift activities
2. Knowledge of 7 QC tools, SPC, OEE
3. Productivity and Quality improvement activities on Production (HPDC) line
4. Root Cause Analysis & Countermeasure thereof for problem.
5. Key Words - Basic knowledge of - ISO 14001 & 45001, Kaizen, 5"S", Industrial Safety, 3"M",
6. Must have knowledge of department related basic documentation in context to IATF 16949 such as checksheets, Plan vs. Actual records, Resource consumption trend, updation of monthly departmental objectives, Risk Management, etc.
7. Robot basic knowledge.
