Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Assemble various components of water purifiers (RO, UV, UF, etc.) as per SOPs.
Ensure high-quality standards and consistency in assembly operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic electrical and mechanical issues during production.
Identify and report product defects, malfunctions, or deviations from quality standards.
Conduct pre-dispatch quality checks and inspections.
Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, usage, and updates.
Adhere to company safety guidelines and operational processes
Clean and maintain the work area, tools, and equipment.
Load and unload materials or finished products as required.
Assist in basic assembly tasks such as polishing and cleaning of water purifiers.
Move items safely within the warehouse and production line.
Pack water purifier units and components securely and accurately.
