PRODUCTION HEAD

As the Production Head, your role involves leading and managing all production activities related to rugs and carpets across multiple units. Your responsibilities include ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, meeting quality standards, and adhering to delivery timelines. You will supervise Unit Heads and support functions such as purchase, QC, packing, and shipping to facilitate smooth operations and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and oversee detailed production schedules for all units - Allocate resources effectively and monitor daily production activity - Resolve operational bottlenecks, disruptions, or delays - Implement best practices and SOPs for weaving, dyeing, finishing, and packing processes - Ensure all production meets quality standards, client specifications, and compliance certifications - Conduct regular inspections and audits with the QC Head - Address quality issues proactively and implement corrective actions - Monitor production costs, wastage, and productivity metrics - Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and improve margins - Lead and mentor Unit Heads, artisans, and production staff - Conduct performance reviews, set KPIs, and organize skill enhancement programs - Support Purchase Head in ensuring timely/raw material availability - Collaborate with other departments for seamless order fulfillment and dispatch Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., production management, engineering) - Proven experience in production planning, quality control, and team leadership - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Please note that this job is full-time, and the expected start date is 01/09/2025.,
