The Rubber Sole Production Head is responsible for overseeing the entire production process of rubber soles, ensuring product quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards. This role includes planning, coordination, supervision, and continuous improvement of the rubber sole manufacturing line. Key Responsibilities: Production Management Plan, schedule, and manage the rubber sole production process to meet delivery deadlines. Ensure production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and cost. Coordinate with design, procurement, and inventory teams to ensure materials and resources are available. Team Leadership Lead and supervise production staff including line supervisors, machine operators, and laborers. Enforce discipline, safety, and operational procedures on the shop floor. Process & Quality Control Monitor all manufacturing processes including rubber compounding, molding, curing, trimming, and finishing. Implement and enforce quality assurance protocols. Work with QA/QC teams to minimize defects and waste. Equipment & Maintenance Ensure optimal operation of machinery and coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive maintenance. Reporting & Continuous Improvement Maintain accurate production records, KPIs, and reports for management review. Initiate and drive process improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing and 5S.
