Core Responsibilities

• Oversee Daily Operations: Manage end-to-end production activities, ensuring smooth workflows and timely output.
• Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules aligned with sales demand forecasts and stock availability.

· Recipe study and making of each recipe – Need to have a clear idea about each recipe of cappacale products and own the quality of production. Batch keeping of products and batch comparison on every production ..

· Plan new products and plan packing of newly arrived products and products in stock

· Documentation of Production Process-Production process has to be documented

• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with food safety standards like HACCP, FSSC, and GMP.
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and implement lean manufacturing principles
• Plan labour utilization of any RM sorting or drying required
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate production staff to maintain high performance and safety standards.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with procurement, R&D, Sales and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
• Cost Management: Monitor production costs and drive initiatives to improve resource utilization and reduce overhead.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international food safety

· Daily update work plan with Management.

· Stock ownership and stock maintenance at godown

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
