As a Production Head at Netweb Technologies, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our server production operations. With over 10 years of experience in server production environments, you will be responsible for leading a team of production supervisors and technicians to ensure the successful execution of production strategies aligned with company goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement production strategies that align with company goals and objectives. - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production supervisors and technicians to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. - Oversee the entire server production lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. - Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and implement corrective actions as necessary to drive operational efficiency. - Manage production resources including manpower, equipment, and materials, optimizing resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize costs. - Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials for production. - Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet industry standards and customer requirements, driving initiatives to improve product quality, reliability, and performance. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred. - 10+ years of proven experience in a leadership role within server production or related industry. - Strong technical knowledge of server hardware, manufacturing processes, and quality assurance. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
