Role & responsibilities

Sound knowledge of production, quality and material management processes
Understanding of health & safety regulations
Results orientated with ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines
Proven Manpower management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and conflict resolution skills
Good problem-solving abilities
Resilient, self-motivated and able to work well under pressure
Financial acumen - Understanding of basic financial concepts, Interpretation of financial data, application of financial data for decision making, planning and cost reduction
Exposure to improvement tools and methodologies Operations Excellence, QC, Lean, TPM, FMEA, Poka Yoke etc.
Knowledge of production processes/techniques and standards

Computer literacy like MS office, designing software.

BE/B Tech

Post-Graduation in Operations management

10 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing organization in a production role
