As a Plant Head - Production - HPDC for our client, a major automotive & Industrial product manufacturer, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Experience in HPDC Die Casting & Machine Shop, Powder Coating. - Strong Knowledge of Die casting, quality, Plant Maintenance, Machine Shop Tooling. - Ensure the process/method of die casting operation is set and followed. - Familiarity with IATF 16949, EHS, QMS standards & its Documentations. - Technical expertise in machinery and maintenance, particularly in CNC/VMC maintenance and spare parts management. - Exposure to Lean Manufacturing principles. - Calculate and analyze furnace oil efficiency. - Provide solutions for Production & Maintenance challenges. - Analyze past data of production capacities, identify deviations, and discuss with Customers for future improvement. - Demonstrate proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Maintenance Management Software. - Maintain minimum sufficient inventory levels to address demand fluctuations. - Ensure safety and quality compliance throughout operations. - Coordinate with HR to identify and enhance competencies of team members for their growth. - Arrange daily manpower as per production requirements. - Resolve internal issues effectively. Qualifications required for this role: - DME/ BE- Mechanical degree preferred - 15 to 20 years of experience in production - HPDC - Team handling experience - Strong problem-solving skills In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the company emphasizes a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement in operations.
