The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a manufacturing firm and possess strong problem-solving skills to ensure smooth production operations. Key Responsibilities:✅ Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards. ✅ Monitor and manage production schedules, ensuring timely execution of tasks. ✅ Coordinate with different departments (Procurement, Quality Control, and Warehouse) for seamless workflow. ✅ Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality standards in manufacturing. ✅ Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues to minimize downtime. ✅ Maintain records of production data and generate reports for management review. ✅ Train and guide production staff for optimized performance.
