Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including stock management and storage.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations during production processes.
Conduct quality control checks on raw materials, work-in-progress products, and finished goods.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to productivity, efficiency, and equipment maintenance.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules for processing areas to prevent contamination.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-2 years of experience in food manufacturing industry (dairy or non-dairy).
B.Sc degree in Chemistry or Dairy Technology from a recognized university.
Strong understanding of food technology principles, food processing techniques, and food safety protocols.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.

Immediate Joining required.
