Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist in planning and execution of event production.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and crew members.
Manage logistics, materials, and technical requirements (sound, light, stage, etc.).
Ensure timely setup and dismantling of events.
Monitor quality standards during production.
Support the Production Manager in budgeting and resource allocation.
Troubleshoot and resolve on-ground issues quickly.
Maintain proper documentation and reporting.
Ensure safety, compliance, and smooth client coordination during events.
