Production executive

Job Title: Production Executive

Responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth operations, timely output, and product quality as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage daily production schedules and targets.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and store departments for smooth workflow.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
• Maintain daily production reports and documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce downtime and wastage.
• Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed on the shop floor.
• Support new product trials and production planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in production or manufacturing (fresher can apply).
• Strong knowledge of production operations and safety standards.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / ERP preferred.
