Production Engineer

As a Production Engineer (Plastic Packaging) at our company located in Kadi, Thol, you will play a crucial role in the FMCG / Packaging / Oil Manufacturing industry. We are looking for someone with significant experience in Plastic Jar Moulding. The ideal candidate will hold a qualification of B.E. in Plastic/ B. Tech in Plastic Engineering/ Diploma in Plastic Engineering. Your responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day production cycle in alignment with the plan, from raw material requisition to production to reconciliation. You will be tasked with optimizing production line operations to enhance productivity and ensure zero waste. Troubleshooting manufacturing issues and collaborating with the maintenance team to minimize downtime will be essential aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you must have hands-on experience with machines such as SIKA, Akei, Ferro matic, V-max, Kinch. Your coordination skills will be put to the test as you work closely with internal teams to ensure effective execution and smooth operations. A strong understanding of plastic materials, specifically HDPE, PP, and PE, including their properties and processes, will be critical for success in this role.
