Job Description

Job Title: Production Engineer Department: Manufacturing Qualification: B.E. Mech Experience: 2-3 Years No. of Vacancies: 1 Location: Chinchwad, Pune Reporting To: Plant In-charge Role & Responsibilities: Planning and coordinating daily shop floor activities. Understanding the Engineering drawings, Assign works & Monitor specifications. Relevant ERP Manufacturing Transactions like BOM, MO & PR Follow up to Delivery. Knowledge in Manufacturing of Boilers, Heat Exchangers with Standards of IBR, EN & ASME by following QAP with Necessary FAT (Factory Approval Test). Knowledge in MIG & TIG Welding, Plasma Cutting, Gas Cutting. Knowledge on welding section documents like WPS, PQR, WPQR, WELD MAP. Analysis of In-Process Rejections and Implementation of actions to reduce them. Supervising the all operations in Production & Report to Production In-Charges. Highlight any Shortage /discrepancy of material and confirming the alternate plan with PPC & Production In-Charge. Optimum Utilization of 4M with RFT (Right First Time) To Ensure Process Instructions, MSDS & Safety Documents. Coordinate with Supply Chain department and Stores to ensure material for production. Shop floor related consumable Planning & control consumables through tracking. Ensure Dispatches of units as per schedule. Motivate and lead the team of workers to achieve the desired results. To motivate, arrange and conduct training programs to all workmen (Regarding Safety, Quality, 5S & Process) Adhering to & ensuring compliance to all Safety parameters as per ISO 45001 and Environmental aspects as per ISO 14001.
