Mechanical Design & Development: o Design and develop mechanical components and systems for avionics products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. o Create detailed 3D models, technical drawings, and prototypes using CAD software (such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD). o Perform mechanical design calculations (thermal, structural, and vibration analysis) to ensure the durability, performance, and reliability of avionics equipment. 2. System Integration: o Collaborate with electrical, software, and systems engineers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems with avionics hardware and software. o Design enclosures and mounting solutions to accommodate avionics equipment, ensuring proper alignment and functionality within aircraft systems. 3. Documentation & Reporting: o Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including specifications, bills of materials (BOM), assembly instructions, and testing protocols. o Provide regular updates and reports on design progress, challenges, and timelines to project management and other stakeholders. o Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and regulatory changes in the avionics and aerospace industry. o Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of design activities to meet project timelines and deliverables.

Technical Assistant (PCB Assembly and Soldering) - Job Responsibilities: Perform precise soldering of SMT and through-hole components on PCBs, ensuring quality standards are met. Assemble and test PCBs based on schematics, identifying and resolving faults or defects. Inspect solder joints and PCB assemblies, adhering to IPC-A-610 quality standards. Conduct electrical and functional tests using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other tools. Document assembly processes, test results, and quality checks while reporting issues to engineers. Maintain and organize tools, components, and assembly equipment, ensuring proper ESD handling. Calibrate and maintain soldering and testing equipment, coordinating repairs when needed. Suggest improvements in assembly processes to enhance productivity and quality. Follow safety guidelines for soldering equipment and comply with industry standards. Collaborate with the engineering team to support hardware development and troubleshooting.
