Production Engineer

1. Monitor, control and report to Asst. Manager for all production activities to ensure that they are appropriately performed and employees engaged therein are motivated and trained to carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.

2. Follows SOPs for manufacturing activities to ensure that all departmental functions operate smoothly as per the procedure & system. Ensure availability of checklists at all levels of product realization to ensure Quality of products.

3. Ensure that all employees maintain 5S & adhere to safety rules & regulations of the company (e.g. use of PPE, uniform, I card)

4. Allocation of work as per plan, Proper utilization of resources like-electricity, water, tools & tackles.

5. Ensure that proper identification & traceability, preservation of material lying on shop floor.

6. Take regular follow ups & feed back to other departments(e.g. Planning, Tool Room, Purchase, Vendor development, Fabrication).

7. To lead, guide and motivate a team of helpers , fitters & sub ordinates.

8. Monitor and co-ordinate activities related to production & Dispatch (e.g. Planning, Tool Room, Purchase, Vendor development, Fabrication, Excise) to ensure production & dispatch of machines as per Production schedule.

9. Follows reporting system in Production department and increase the level of accountability and responsibility of your immediate juniors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
