Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Engineer with a mechanical background to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising production processes to ensure high-quality output and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage production schedules to meet output targets.

• Supervise and monitor the performance of production lines and workers.

• Ensure that health and safety regulations are met.

• Identify and resolve any production issues or machinery faults.

• Maintain and improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow.

• Implement process improvements to reduce cost and increase productivity.

• Coordinate with the quality assurance team to maintain product standards.

• Collaborate with the design and maintenance teams to improve tooling and equipment.

• Maintain production documentation, reports, and records.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

• 1–2 years of experience in production or manufacturing preferred (freshers may also apply).

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes like welding, machining, assembly, etc.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
