1. Machine planning as per availability of wip material review after every 2 hours
2. Plan to achieve Productive Coils/man-days as per target set
3. Plan production planning in such way that WIP inventory is under control and also ensure machine doesn't go idle due to non availability of feed
4. Scarp % to be controlled as per target given below.
5. Qutraly Stock activity.
6. FG stock and Inventory Control
7. Review of daily production achieved in each machine shift wise.
8. check packing material stock availibilty as
per plan & inform to ppc
9. Meeting with sub-ordinates and superior. 10. Shop floor management.
